The last three modules about job searching, applications, and the interview process were quite helpful in finding a job that you truly enjoy. I loved learning about all the websites dedicated to pairing the correct employee with the correct employer. Many of the links in these modules were helpful to show job skills necessary for certain careers and how to change careers in a bad economy. Many thing that we as job searchers don't think about were covered like knowing a response to interview questions before they are even asked or finding out company history before putting in an application, not only to be informed, but to well match yourself for the job. These resources can help the unemployed by giving them a leg up on the competition and making them stand out to competitors. I learned a lot about resume building and the importance of a cover letter. Through this class I think I'm better suited to join the workforce and make an outstanding candidate for employment just by acquiring necessary skills, such as these.
